Description
Mike Letch was injured racing motor bikes in England and began his life as a disabled person at the Stoke Mandeville Hospital where he was among the first group of people to survive with spinal cord injury. Back in Melbourne he found an inaccessible world and set about changing it. He began by fighting for the first disabled parking space in the city of Melbourne.
